Orders placed in the Fingerprint store will be processed as speedily as possible. For fabrics and items in stock, we’ll endeavour to pack and despatch to you within three working days. Many of our fabric designs are printed on-demand, that is to say, when your order arrives we will print the fabric specifically for you. We take care over the printing process and this takes time, but we know you want your fabric as quick as possible so we’ll aim to print, pack and despatch within seven working days.
Please note that Bespoke print orders have a different turnaround time. Please refer to the specific information for those orders.
All orders are posted using Royal Mail First Class service or Royal Mail Airmail as appropriate. If you wish to upgrade your delivery to a faster or trackable service please email us for a quote.
Postage and packing will be added to your order during the checkout process. Postage is charged by weight you’ll find a rough guide to the weight of different products in the store below. Please note that if you are ordering from outside the EU you may be responsible for customs and import duty on your items.
We will take care to package your items so that they arrive with you safely. Should any item be damaged on receipt please return it to us within 7 working days (at your own cost) for a replacement or refund (no postage or packing costs can be refunded).
